The latest information about the proceeding can be viewed from http://esearch.fedcourt.gov.au/

Just use the case number SYG 2672 of 2006 or my last name "Solaiman" in the "Family name" text box.

If anyone has any contact with a counsel in Sydney who has experience with Internal humanitarian law, Australian federal Law and in particular, War crimes proceeding, please let me know.

I will be very happy to engage a counsel and instruct to represent if there are sufficient knowledge, interest and experiences on this filed.

I want to let all of you know that I have used my personal knowledge and money so far to take this matter at this stage. This application was refused for filing by the registry at first instance. However, once I appealed, I won and the decision to refuse to file the proceeding was over turned.

There will be a massive litigation cost involved in this matter. I draw everyone's attention in this particular issue. I am a very poor man and I do not have the capacity to pay for such huge cost.

However, if I find a competent counsel to represent me in this proceeding and there are financial obstacles, I will be very happy to donate one of my kidneys and my left eye on a promise that the litigation costs would be paid in full. For those who are interested, please contact me via email. My blood group is O+. I am 26 and both my kidney and my left eye are in good condition.

Thanking you all,

Dear all,
I am overwhelmed by the response I have received from thousands of people. There were people making phone calls from different parts of Bangladesh as well as different parts of the world. Some ever said I am the "Bir Srestha" of the new generation.

I do understand where all these praises come from. This matter is so much sensitive for not just Bangladeshis, but also for any human being. The genocide during 1971 is one of the worst the world have ever experienced since WW2.

I feel very shy when I see people sending me words of praises and I am showered with hundreds of them. I request that words of praises not to be used on my name because I believe that lodging this court case was a part of human responsibility and I simply complied with that judgment call since there has never been any such actions.

I ask everyone to pray for the eternal peace of millions of those who suffered and whose lives came to a brutal end so immaturely that they never had a chance to see the beauty of the world. I also request that everyone sends a support letter to the Australian Government with the Australian Federal Magistrates Court case reference no SYG 2672/2006, Between "Raymond Faisal Solaiman (applicant) and The People's Republic of Bangladesh (1st Respondent), The Islamic Republic of Pakistan (2nd Respondent, The Collaborators of Pakistan Armed Forces (3rd Respondent)". The fax number of the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia is +61292308535.

A copy can also be sent to the Federal Attorney General The Hon Philip Ruddock MP, in the fax number : +61 2 6250 5900.

Please do not forget to quote the case number and case name at the top.
Please guys, send your petitions for this human rights cause.

Touched by all of your love,

Ray
