		LONG LIVE THE PEOPLE�S WAR IN NEPAL  To  Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist)  Central Committee It has been more than ten years that the Nepali people, under the leadership of CPN (Maoist) have been fighting to end Monarchy and establish Democracy. This eleventh anniversary of the Great People�s War has once again shown to the world that People are the real creators of history. Today in Nepal, the liberated areas cover nearly 80% of the country. This 80% has established communes and brought about democracy through cooperative movement. This attainment of equality is a milestone of the new millennium. Countries like the U.S. and also India are dead against the Nepal People�s War. Union Home Minister of India has declared that India will render all assistance to the king of Nepal. This means, the ruling class of India is going to war against the Nepali people. In this situation, one of the partners of the Indian ruling party, the CPI (M), is going against the policy of the Indian Government; this is a matter of hope. The CPI (M) politburo has clearly supported the establishment of Democracy and the end of Monarchy. This is a positive turning point and a matter of hope to the democracy-loving people of India. Let us trust that after this, CPI (M) will also voice the demand for release of the political workers of CPN (M) imprisoned in India.   We, The Rationalists� Association of India and Humanists� Association are with you and offer our assurance to be with you the People of Nepal in your struggle for Democracy.
