An activist has no border

We live in such a chaotic word order where capitalism in its most aggressive form seeks nothing but global dominance. By the name of globalization--which is often seen as global westernization-- the G8 countries and their associated global agencies pursuing every policy political, economic, cultural and military, to plunder public wealth and to change the course of livelihood elsewhere.
Arundhati roy wrote difference between Iraq and Argentina is in Iraq they used gun, in Argentina they used paper (money).
Against this latest version of capitalism (neo-liberal economic policy) the entire South America is in revolt. From Venezuela to Argentina, the populist front winning peoples support.
Today we are confronting, globally, the biggest terrorist campaign against humanity led by USA and its ally. Its quite justifiable to come to inference that the resistance against this violent cultural and political war cry would be global. As NY Times editorial reported that there may still be two super powers on the planet: the United States and the world public opinion.

Whats happening in India? Is India really shining? Country of one billion people, being regional center of US imperialism, taking side of 200 million, where 250 million consists lower casts and tribal population deprived of access to land and other rights. As we know from the work of Amartya Sen that if there is democracy, there is no starvation. But in India, So dangerous levels of malnutrition and permanent hunger are the preferred model these days. 47 per cent of India's children below three suffer from malnutrition, 46 per cent are stunted. Utsa Patnaik's study reveals that about 40 per cent of the rural population in India has the same foodgrain absorption level as Sub-Saharan Africa.
"There is a new kind of secessionist movement taking place in India. It is the kind of secession in which a relatively small section of people become immensely wealthy by appropriating everything."
India has been transformed in to India private limited by serving multinational and transnational corporations. More than 40% of absolutely poor people live in south Asia where India has the highest concentration of poverty, yet its the 4th largest military power of the world. Why? Is this to stabilize and secure democracy in the region? Or to create regional hegemony?

In this setting where corporate globalization and their anti people policy taking foothold both at the level of central and peripheral ,the resistance against this taking shape globally. From Seattle to Sydney, Cancun to Mumbai, everywhere.
The chief of the International human rights organization, a renowned Bangladeshi American, works relentlessly against human rights violation by all the mighty powers and their peripheral associates.
Within and beyond, its the time when we all need only to intensify our effort to search and find for alternative global order in order to establish human rights, democracy, peace and social justice everywhere for everybody. Instead of passing sarcastic remarks, descent and polite exchange of ideas could be a step forward.
